Decorative & Structural Concrete and Masonry, LLC. opened for business in July of 2010. Since our beginning, we have specialized in concrete and masonry tenant improvements as well as commercial and structural foundation work. We are a proud, local and fast-growing small business that treats our employees with respect, honesty and care.  


We are looking for a talented, open-minded, creative and driven HR Professional to join our work family. The HR Manager is an integral part of the team and we are looking for an exceptional individual. Could that be you? 


This position reports directly to the company President and will work an average of 32/hrs a week part-time with full-time (40 hours) expected in the first 1-6 months of hire

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Manages full-cycle recruiting and advertising of open positions
  • Owns all weekly payroll processing and reporting
  • Administers benefit plans, 401K enrollments and deductions 
  • Collaborates with Operations Manager and Foreman to exemplify training, employee engagement and reward opportunities
  • General administrative tasks as assigned 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Related field
  • 2-3 years related experience with benefits, robust On-Boarding and full cycle recruiting
  • Ability to work with and influence all levels of employees within the company
  • Maintain highest confidentiality of all employee records and personal information
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, labor laws and workers compensation claim management

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Marketing and brand management experience including social media platforms
  • Construction industry background
  • Experience with BambooHR or related HRIS software programs 
  • Payroll experience
